In December of 1997 Allen went to New York City to train with the owner of a New York Press Award Winning Pizzeria.  He has brought these recipes to San Diego to be served exclusively at Allen's New York Pizza!

We chose to use only the traditional brick oven to prepare our pizza for a crisp, traditional pizza taste.  Our ingredients are of the highest quality.  Our dough is made from scratch every day and our bread is baked fresh in our own pizza ovens.  We take a little extra time to prepare our pizza but we feel that the extra quality and taste is worth the extra effort.
